PURPOSE AND POLICY STATEMENT
This Customer Information Privacy Policy is intended to guide all employees in the collection, use, retention and security of individual customer information.
RECOGNITION OF A CUSTOMER'S EXPECTATION OF PRIVACY
The bank recognizes the customer's right to privacy. Customers have a right to expect that their personal financial information will remain private and secure. It is the bank's duty to maintain standards to ensure that all customer's financial information is private and secure at all times.

The bank will collect, retain, and use information regarding customers as follows:

MAINTENANCE OF ACCURATE INFORMATION
ICB has established procedures to ensure that our customer's financial information is accurate, current, complete, and in keeping with reasonable commercial standards. It is the bank's policy to respond to requests to correct inaccurate information in a timely manner. This would include any possible unauthorized access to or use of you account information. LIMITATIONS ON EMPLOYEE ACCESS TO INFORMATION
Employee access to personally identifiable customer information is limited to those with a business reason to know such information. Employees are educated on the importance of maintaining the confidentiality of customer information in accordance with this policy. Should an employee violate this policy, they will be subject to disciplinary measures.
PROTECTION OF INFORMATION THROUGH ESTABLISHED SECURITY PROCEDURES
ICB is committed to the security of our customer's financial and personal information. All of our operational and data processing systems are in a secure environment that protects the customer's information from being accessed by third parties. We will maintain and grant access to customer information only in accordance with our internal security standards.
RESTRICTIONS ON THE DISCLOSURE OF ACCOUNT INFORMATION
It is the policy of ICB not to reveal specific information regarding customer accounts or other personally identifiable data to unaffiliated third parties for their independent use, except for the exchange of information with reputable information reporting agencies to maximize the accuracy and security of such information or in the performance of bona fide corporate due diligence or business matter, unless

MAINTAINING CUSTOMER PRIVACY IN BUSINESS RELATIONSHIPS WITH THIRD PARTIES
When we do provide customer information to a third party, we will insist, through a written agreement, that the third party adhere to privacy principles similar to those to which ICB adheres for keeping this information confidential.
PROVIDING PRIVACY INFORMATION TO CUSTOMERS AND RESPONDING TO
INQUIRIES
ICB values our customers relationships. It is the intent of ICB to communicate how we use the information provided by our customers, and our commitment to maintain our customer's records in strict confidence. It is our intent to publicly disclose this policy, and invite our customers to contact their local branch should they have any questions about how ICB protects customer confidential information.
POLICY CHANGES
ICB may ammend this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website, with an alert advising customers of the changes included in the Home Page scroller. Checking the effective date allows you to determine whether there have been changes since the last time you reviewed the policy.
